Did fair over the weekend. It was very helpful to keep track of each item I ate. I hope this is true wieghtloss and not water weight. I know that cutting out some alcohol has helped as well.
125.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
