Deb came over for lunch. We had the usual pineapple pizza. Need to finish the list for Saturday. Hopefully the rain is not in the forecast.







BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 111 AT 12:01 P.M. ON THURSDAY, JUNE 4TH.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
