Long time no see peeps. I am coming back on here because I need to add some recipes to my cookbook so I can keep track of what I am actually consuming. I am looking forward to being in a calorie deficit with out loosing flavor or volume of food. KAle is my friend and we will have many meals together. IF you are looking for low cal high volume food follow my recipes. They don't disappoint.
