Good start. Now to keep the momentum going is my challenge. I've been researching food combining and I am interested in learning more. If anyone has info they would like to share. My knowledge base isn't very big in this area of help with weight management.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
