after exercise....good work at gym!

Small bad habits creeping in since move back to the BIG SMOKE! Things like Double Double Decaf...Carrot Muffins. Food is a drug and the slipperiest of slops starts with little slips! Must be vigilant!!

Onwards and upwards!!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
