Ok, it is been a good start. I lost one kilo. As I have been like an yo-yo for the last years losing one kilo and then gaining two on the following week. I decided I will break my diet in five steps of 3 kilos. Every time I eliminate 3 kilos I will celebrate! With a cup of coffee😄🎉 PS I lost one kilo in one week, for some reason fat secret wouldn't allow me to input the data befere 1 June!
