haven't been here in a while. got fed up with the last regime. but have successfully kicked the sugar/sweetener in tea and coffee! going to cut carbs for a while and see how I go.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
