Try not to think about it too much, its just sabotage to do so. I say I've lost the same first 10 pounds (and gained it back) soo many times....but it doesnt help me to think like that. Glen has a good point, think about specific things you did and avoid them to help yourself become more successful. You can 100% reach your goals, every step is a learning process!! You got this!!

HaHa, I had to laugh. I am FINALLY at 213 and am ecstatic! It's all in perspective. On a more serious note, I am finally realizing that so much of my weight loss journey is in my head. Once I started thinking about how much better I feel healthwise and feeling wise it has become so much easier. Not easy, but easier than when focusing on just numbers. I am trying to learn as I go and not keep making the same mistakes over and over. Hang in there and Good Luck!!!

Thank you guys, I am reevaluating what I ate this past week because I hit the gym for this whole week and walked a total of 40 minutes each day!!! Also its frustrating because my doctor prescribed me belviq and because it works on serotonin I cant take it! its like my body has a mind of its own, im really tired of up and down. Youre right Glen I can do this I just have to really try to stay under 1500 calories and 120 carbs a day. Im shooting for 100 carbs next week but again being vegetarian I really get sick of eggs and veggies ALL THE TIME!! lol I need my bread, so we will see where this goes. Again thanks guys :)

I know those kind of weigh-ins can be hard! Just don't give up; it will pass, and the scale will climb down again. :)
