I'm happy I'm losing weight and I'm starting to feel better. I felt my stomach getting bigger and I was feeling uncomfortable in my body like I felt before I started my fitness journey in 2020. I would really like to lose my stomach. I have been trying since 2020. I really don't know if it's realistic that I'll ever have flat abs. I'm guessing not. I'll just keep trying, that's all I can do.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.1 lb a week

I'm not ready to start just yet. Goals, to retire and go to work part time. To cull the stuff in my home, downsize the interior and make it more functional. To begin sleeping and exercising again and to eat healthy, non-processed foods again! RN16, stick with it. I'll be rejoining very soon as I got half the house related stuff completed, at least the first culling and reorganization. It's been fun. I'm exercising some in between and have begun doing some meditative vignettes. I am even eating healthier but I'm a little more sedentary than I was while working. Now? It's all about purpose. Your body has shed 22lbs. It will shed more when it figures out your groove. Switch things up a bit to trick it or it will search for the path of least resistance to keep things its normal. Create a slightly different norm for it.
