Got nervous yesterday when I had severe hunger pangs - ketosis on Atkins works as an appetite suppressant, that shouldn't happen. Tested, I was out, which sucks because I was on track and have been.
Tested this morning and I was back in, phew. I wanted to see what damage had been done by the momentary lapse. I actually was down another pound, figured I'd chart it.
