I’ve done the quick fads, the intermittent fasting and it was mentally harmful for me. This time I am focusing on delayed gratification. Listening to my body and my hunger cues and eating in a calorie deficit while prioritising daily movement…I am so happy with the results so far 🥹 trusting the process
