Okay, so it is only a little, very little but it is still a loss and I am okay with that. Did a lot of hard work yesterday though. Moved loads of cinder-blocks. Got another trip to Farmington this week.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 123.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
