Got really messed up this past week. I tried to eat more protein because of my diabetes and started gaining weight and feeling bad. So now I am back to eating more fruit and feeling better and lost .2 pounds.
308.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
