i didnt do a very good job with exercising and eating right. i ate nachos and chocolate. so for the next 4 days im going to try really hard to work out more so i could maybe loose thd last 3 pounds. but even if i cant get down all the way it will be okay because i have gotten this far and i know i can finish what i started
