Not sure what is going on but I went up in weight and have stayed at this weigh for several weeks. I haven't changed my eating or work out routine and nothing has changed. I got in a car accident yesterday and i'm sore and not wanting to do any thing so I'm sure that will put a damper on my whole work out and diet thing. We'll see.
