Down a pound bay-bay!!! I have to admit I am a bit surprised. I rely on being able to exercise mostly outside and it has rained most of the week. So, I kept a closer watch on my diet and actually finished some major spring cleaning I've been wanting to get done. This week should be much better. Hopefully, I can really get back to training for my run.
