Finally got thsoe three pounds off again. Took a week, but glad they're gone. Hoping to hit 165 by the end of the month. That'll put me at what I was when I was 19. Anything under that is under pre-bootcamp weight, so I'm happy.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
