170.1….Before Exercise! Yikes according to BMI standards I am overweight. Yes SIR i SAY!! Your wish is my command. Still not have touched that magic 168 which is my upper end of my BMI for normal weight. But this weekend is push weekend. 50 KM cycle followed by 10KM Trail Run. That will burn just a couple of Calories! Hooooo Haaaaa…. One more sleep until the delicious pain of Max Exercise.
