We are going to visit my parents, and will be gone for a week or two, so I won't be starting until we get back and I can go grocery shopping. That's also gives me time to make a frugal meal plan for the first two weeks that doesn't include carbs, lol. I'm accustomed to using starches to stretch meals, so this will be a challenge.
