I find myself suffering from a little spring fever. A vague sense of urgency that just will not go away. I stand in front of my cupboards and contemplate the chaos that is presented to me and all I want to do is create order. I finally feel as if the fog that has been hanging over me is dissipating. I am planning a Dr Phil style purge of my cupboards over the weekend. I have already started by not replenishing the "snack cupboard". I have decided that only fresh, natural whole foods lovingly prepared from scratch by me will now be allowed in this house. No processed foods. period. I have been toying with this idea for some time now, but i finally made up my mind when I found my 3yr old, precariously balanced on his brother's high chair, idly perusing the contents of the abovemention SC 30 minutes after dinner!!
