Over 2,000 calories yesterday!!!!! Spent the day away from home. Two doctor appts. Pick up Ron's work shoes. Blood test at Baystate. Neck x-rays at Holyoke Medical Center after appt. with Dr. Croke. Pick up jug for 24 hour urine specimen. Pick up prescription for another test at a later date. Didn't get home until after 6:00 p.m. Left the house at 8:30 a.m.!!! Today housework, exercise and back to carb and calorie counting!!!


NO BLOOD LEVEL ON MAY 20TH!!!! FORGOT!!

BLOOD LEVEL IS 90 AT 3:24 P.M.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
