Stable for the past week. Darn! Not enough. Gotta get back on track. Been very busy this week and just have no time for cooking. Eating out is no good at all when dieting. Geeeezzz what's wrong with the restaurants out there? Why are there no healthy restaurants with good salades and low carbs or healthy drink stands??? I have a gluten and seafood intolerance which doesn't help. Anyhow...wish someone would open a health fastfood restaurant.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
