I'm not worried about it. It's water weight from time of the month, so I know it'll fall off by this time next week or so.

As a woman, you expect it. That just means more tea, some extra walking, and just waiting it out.

I'll be fine. I allow myself up to a 5lb fluctuation up from my current weight to account for this sort of thing, so anything more, then I'll be concerned. I've been sticking really closely to my calorie limits, have been adding as much weight as I can to as many workouts and moves as I can, and am stepping up my workout game as much as I can (not having access to a gym at all kinda limits me). But also, as soon as it stops raining, I'll be doing more outdoor cardio like hiking, trail running, and even just jump rope on my back porch. It just has to stop raining for one day this whole month...
