I need to stop my addiction to peanut butter and carbs! I did have a nice salad yesterday with lemon and balsamic vinegar in the evening,though. Need to walk more. Need to do a few more exercises. Need to drink more water. Need to break some habits. Would like to see the scale go down this week. Meeting up with someone who I had a very big crush on next week...after 6 months. If I could be a kilo down I'd be happy. A little more would make me even happier!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've done some research on this because I really love peanut butter, so I really don't consider peanut butter to be high in carbs. As an alternative, have you considered almond butter?

I agree with above, Almond butter is a healthier choice than peanut butter- because peanut butter is more prone to mold..etc. I personally am not a huge fan of Almond butter unless its in baking. Although I love hazelnut butter the best, but its more expensive and I can only find it online, But try some almond butter and apple slices...or almond butter on celery stalks,
