Back to the drawing board. :( Grrrrr! I'm so annoyed at myself! Well, I REALLY need to push myself these next few days then, or else I'll be stuck here longer than I want to be!

-Time: 40 minutes (treadmill shut off on me)
-Dist: 2.5ish miles
-Incl: 3, 4.5, 5, 6.5
-Calories: 342
-Fat Cals: 106
131.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
