So yesterday's weigh-in was not in the morning I don't think. More like midday so that's probably part of it. But unofficially (because not on Fatsecret) I lost 1.5 pounds from my weigh-in on 5/11/15. So yay? Lol. Keep on pushing. Last night's workout was pretty good. Approximately 70-75 minutes of dumbbell training. Started off with some "almost to failure" biceps exercises so that got me pumped and then teetered out around the 60 min mark so need to be mindful of that and it being too long. Might need to consider pre-workout options as I'm doing a protein shake afterwards. We shall see.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds great - protein after the workout is essential, and what you fuel with before is as well. Some people go for a small amount of complex carbs.
