kinda restarting a little. my goal was always 145 and i've hit that and then some. at this point i need to focus on just staying there and i can push for my last 5 lbs later.
151.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Sometimes we have to hit reset and get back to basics. For me once I've reached my goal I do well for awhile, then I start getting the mindset that since I'm a lower weight I can eat what I want and that leads to not exercising then a gain. You're tough and you'll figure this out.
