Hi everyone, how are you all doing? I have a headache 😫 a bad one. it's just not enough sleep 😴. My steps are. I'm still behind 9,620 at present. Emmerdale is on. If I could take my brain out, put it back when better. Have a great evening, everyone. love Merry Mel 🤩

Still have a headache. But it is always there because of all the stress I am going through at the moment. Done a swim today, walked 12,583 steps, and cleaned 2 big houses. Busy every day. Hope you are all well. Much love, Merry Mel 🤩
