My eating has not been all that out of control although it has not been appropriate. I have spent the best part of this week in a funk over my mother and her passing. Mothers day just wont be the same.

There are two reasons I think are partially to blame here:
1. Constipation.
2. More activity than usual to a point that is past what I should be attempting.
I take all the responsibility for my actions and the outcome of my weight, lol unless you want to lol. This feeling is one of the worst ones at the worst time ever.
301.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you, get closer now to her than you are and make all the photo memories you can. I waited to long and only had the last 4 moths of her life to get most of it done.....Don't wait.

Constipation can really mess with the number on the scale. Hot herbal tea helps a lot, and the green kind is great for your heart, too.
