Today will be a better day. Yesterday between the refridgerator going out and having to buy a new one and the doctor telling me I am going to have to have surgery I was lucky to get anything done. But I did managed to walk for 35 minutes last night and I did count my calories. I didn't make it to Curves last night but I will today. I hope this weekend is a easy weekend. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.
