Gained 8 ounces!! Had a family picnic after the air show. Still not bad. Push the fluids and watch the carbs. So far not bad today. Just dinner left to worry about.








BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 94 AT 12:21 P.M.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
