Losing water weight. The alcohol definitely had me retaining water in my legs and feet. I’m on day 3 of being sober. I have to up my water consumption. Drinking a gallon a day was so easy a few years ago and now I seem like I don’t even have time to drink water working 2 jobs. Maybe I need to set timers to remind myself to take a break and drink more water. Going back to job #1 on 4 hrs of sleep after leaving job #2x. Keeping myself moving & busy keeps me from feeling like I need to eat. All the protein I had yesterday had me feeling full throughout the day. I didnt drink the protein shake I planned on but I ate most of my tuna & pork rinds. Today I’m going to get the shake in and finish my tuna…and drink a lot of water. 🤞🏾
265.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
