I can't believe I'm back up to 144.8 lbs. How did that happen?? I really didn't stay on my diet well over the past several days. Too many calories and junk food. I really have to watch them better. Plus I've been up all night, which affects my weight. That's my story anyway and I'm sticking to it!!
144.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
