Last time I lost this weight, getting.ul early was easy. This time getting up early to exercise is so hard. I've been making it work and exercising when I can, even if it's late at night when I get home from work. Don't know what changed.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

As I have gotten older I have found that lots of things that worked for me health-wise and diet-wise no longer do. I have to exercise now when my body is agreeable. Eat when my blood sugar demands it. Stop eating when I am full. Some of the new rules actually make sense and are better for me. Maybe my body knows best.

It may just be the season. I find it very difficult in the winter to wake up early for workouts because I’m just in hibernation mode. I do much more at night and it doesn’t seem to affect sleep so that’s good. I’m of the mindset of doing what you can when you can. 🙂
