Lost weight even though I didn't quite stick to the plan!!! Hopefully it continues. Seemed stuck for quite awhile!!!










BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 166 AT 10:23 P.M.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1585 kcal Fat: 82.05g | Prot: 120.71g | Carb: 95.80g.   Breakfast: Quaker Puffed Wheat, 1% Fat Milk, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: Alexia Parmesan Peas, StarKist Foods Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz). Dinner: Greek Salad, Omaha Steaks Beef Top Sirloin Steak (4 oz), Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chop, Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz). Snacks/Other: Keebler Waffle Cones, Friendly's Vienna Mocha Chunk Ice Cream, Planters NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix (Package), AriZona Beverage Diet Green Tea with Ginseng. more...
