Great day yesterday!! Cept for Habs loss. Good exercise in the morning!

Weigh in after exercise a bit light at 171.5

Onwards and upwards!
171.5 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
