Same ol, same ol, starting to get a bit annoying. I don't know what I need to do to break this plateau. Maybe I just don't break it? I dunno.

Am I building muscle at the same rate I am losing the last bits of fat?

Who knows?

All I know is I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with being perpetually stuck at 178 lbs.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
