I have had a tough few weeks, I suffer from melancholy, sometimes it takes a quite a bit of effort to pull myself out of it, I can never figure out what triggers it, Abraham Lincon suffered from it as well so I am in good company at least, I have joined "Team in Training" they are an organisation that helps train runners for marathons to raise money for blood cancer research, I am looking forward to my first team training session this Saterday morning.
