Been off plan. Been eating tons of sweets and sugar. I have now basically gained all my weight back that I had lost. This is the story of my life. It is so easy to gain it back and takes so much work to lose it. Today I am starting back on Atkins, as what else can I do? Nothing really works unless you stay with it for your whole life. My stomach hurts so much this morning from the sugar and junk I've been feeding it. I know I am an emotional eater and I eat over things in my life that are not in my control. I eat because it soothes my depression, and yet it feeds it at the same time. So I start again. I am determining in my mind that sugar is off limits, for life. It does nothing but harm me. For now I'm going to stay between 20-40 net carbs, and do Atkins40, just for now. I may go back to induction a few weeks down the road.
