Well, as we can see, I'm up in weight again. Mostly due to the fact that I haven't "officially" started my diet yet, and am eating unhealthily this week. I work the second job tonight, tomorrow night, and most of the day Saturday, so I'll be munching on some real Mexican tacos those nights (because I haven't planned far enough ahead to bring dinner). That'll change soon enough, though.
I'm reading "Master Your Metabolism" by Jillian Michaels right now, and it's making a lot of sense to me. I'm not really into the "diet" part yet, but once I am, I don't think it'll bother me too much. And I'm really starting to think I should shop organic.
Anyways, that's all for now...
