I found a new diet here (fast-5) I am switching to that diet. It seems like it will be perfect for me. You basically only eat between 5 & 10 pm (I am choosing 4& 9pm). I don't have time to eat during the day and I am so sick of planning, preparing and worrying if my mini meals have the right calories and protein/carb ratios! I even bought a watch with 3 alarm settings on it to remind me to eat every 3 hours because I am so busy I just forget to eat. I have been doing this for 3 years and obviously it is not working for me. I'll post any results on friday.
