Gained 8 ounces. Had pizza for dinner. Tired of eating the same stuff!!!
Try something new to break the cycle!!!!!! I'm sure NOT SLEEPING AGAIN isn't helping.

We had dinner with my grandson. Spaghetti w/sauce and sausage, Italian bread and DQ blizzard for dessert. Diet shot to hell after having a decent day!! Pay for it tomorrow!!!







BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 137 AT 9:12 P.M.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
