Still grumpy about that bad weigh in. I jumped on the scale today... Down 5 lbs. in less than 72 hours!?

... I have doubts. Something's amiss.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
