Same weight as yesterday. Unfortunately, I was not able to run after work yesterday and that probably made the difference. It's not a big deal at this point, as I still have several days this week that I can exercise. I'm hoping to either run or hit the gym today, but I'll need to get out of work at a decent time since I have plans at night.
