That is just amazing! I have done nothing really different as far as eating and I am loosing weight again. It is absolutely true hat the mere act of tracking what you eat will help in loosing weight! Just awesome to be back down to my goal weight.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
