This is kind of sucking. I am trying really hard to eat right during the week and exercise LOTS and my body is just stuck at this weight. Not very motivating! I will keep trying, but would REALLY like to see some results already. It wasn't this hard last time.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
