Been a rough couple of weeks and have definitely slacked. I have been painting and we finished that Sunday. Started a new job this week and getting used to a new schedule. It’s rough when it’s dark when I leave the house and when I get off work but went to the gym today and did a small workout. Need to get back into the habit of counting my calories and making sure I’m getting a workout in. So far I am not succeeding this month but the month is still only at day 9. Time to push for motivation or get some disciple going!!
