Starting the year, having put nearly a stone on since my lowest weight. Positively & consistently eating better, making sure I do the exercise, I’ve done it before & I can do it again. 💪🏼
164.9 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
