My first reaction this morning: come on I didn't eat anything yesterday!
seriously I didn't have much to eat, maybe I drink too much coffee or hot chocolate but I killed myself at the gym. I should try to switch to the herbal teas.
This time around I'm not following the strict diet at all and tomorrow I have a big corporate event with lots of food and temptations
134.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
