Glad to see a good weigh in today. This weekend had its ups and downs, but I thought that Id see an "up" on the scale. Back on track today though. I couldnt wait until 10 to eat this morning so I already had breakfast, and I brought a lot of good choices to snack on and for lunch.

I looked back at my weight history and I cant believe I spent a whole year in the 270's. I dont want this year to be like that.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
